Paulina Rogalska is a senior teacher having practised yoga and pilates for 20 years, and taught Pilates for over 6 years.

Paulina’s mission as a teacher is to help inspire others in the same way that she has been inspired. She believes that when people do Pilates 1-3 times a week they are more energised, feel empowered, healthier and happier.

Covid saw the end of ‘in class’ yoga so I tried a couple of online classes which didn’t really work for me.  Looking for something new I found Paulina’s online beginners Pilates class and signed up for not one, but two series. Fast forward almost three years and I now aim for 3 classes per week.  The exercises I can do today are far more advanced than any of those beginner classes such has been the improvement in strength and stamina. This makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day activities, posture etc. Paulina has been central to that journey, committed, patient, always interested, very clear with instruction, amazing routines! Along the way I introduced Grace to Paulina and Pilates, two years she later remains 100% committed to the routine.

I don’t know how long I’ve been doing pilates with Paulina but I’ve managed to undo the weird fat + bulky muscles that grew me out of my small jeans!! I fit quite comfortably back into my jeans from 2011!!
