What is pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. It was created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, and has since become popular around the world.
Pilates uses controlled movements and specialised equipment to engage core muscles, emphasizing precision, alignment, and mindful movement for improved physical fitness and well-being.
